Randy Davis - Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder
Randall is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of DynAgility. Randall sets DynAgility’s strategic direction, provides vision and leadership, and spends time with customers and partners. Randall has over 25 years of experience developing and delivering world-class, mission critical, commercial software products and professional services to some of the many global companies and government agencies. Most recently, Randall served as CEO of Intellitactics, a global leader in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) software, appliances and services. Prior Randall was President of Sterling Software’s Network Management Division. Under his leadership both organizations provided innovative, world-class solutions backed by the highest customer satisfaction rates in the business. Randall earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Virginia Tech.
Jovian Ho - Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder
Jovian Ho is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder of DynAgility. Jovian is responsible for development operations and our customer’s satisfaction. Jovian has 30 years of experience as a technology leader, consultant and executive for large and small companies with extensive experience architecting and delivering complex IT systems, including large database and transactions systems, data management systems, and data warehousing complexes. In addition Jovian has done extensive work in the areas of customer relationship management and systems integration. Previously Jovian was the CIO for Intellitactics, a strategic management consultant to the CIO of the Department of Interior, CIO for Online Resources pre and post-IPO, Director of Data Management and Technology Architecture at SallieMae, and Senior Manager Database and Data Security at Xerox Corporation. Jovian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Purdue University.
Dan Beckett - Senior Vice President of Sales
Drawing on 25 years of experience in IT sales and services, Dan has gained recognition as an innovator, mentor, and strategist in creating real and lasting value to our customers, partners and employees. Dan has earned numerous awards for developing and transforming organizations to improve individual performance, team productivity and profitability. Prior to joining DynAgility, Dan served as Executive Sales Consultant to Koda.US, a social media recruitment company, and was the Vice President of Sales for Sterling Software’s Network Management and VM divisions. Dan earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture Design from Evergreen State College.
Silas Matteson - Senior Vice President of Product Management
Silas is responsible for technical product management operations to ensure projects are completed on time, to customer specifications and within budget. Silas has over 25 years experience defining and delivering software systems for SaaS big data analytics, large back office business applications, governance & compliance, data center operations, and high speed ETL data transfer systems. Silas has over 10 years experience working with and managing off shore development operations. Prior to DynAgility, Silas was Sr. VP Products for WealthEngine, a big data analytics solution for wealth intelligence offerings to nonprofit organizations, financial services and luxury goods marketers and Sr. VP Products & Co-Founder of Approva Corporation which provided governance & compliance solutions for complex back office ERP applications. Silas earned an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Virginia Tech.
Andrew McCasker - Chief Technology Officer
Andrew McCasker has over 30 years of experience delivering successful, enterprise-class, commercial software for businesses as varied as restaurants, educational institutions, federal, state and local governments, enterprise procurement departments, and Fortune 100 enterprise IT departments. He served as CTO at Fishbowl, where he was responsible for a suite of online marketing and big data analytics SaaS software products for the restaurant industry. Prior to Fishbowl, Andrew was head of R&D and Professional Services at Spectrum K12, a leading vendor in the Special Education K12 space. He has also served as head of R&D at B2eMarkets, a SaaS-based strategic sourcing company. Prior to that he worked as Vice President of Engineering at Landmark Systems, where he was a member of the executive team that successfully took the company public in 1997. The products in these different companies have utilized a variety of architectures based on multiple technology stacks, including web-based MVC, SOA, and big data analytics. In addition to his broad commercial software experience, Andrew has performed technology due diligence for a variety of clients, evaluating architecture, design and code on more than 40 companies and 100 products. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University.
